Just a friendly reminder to all members who have not yet fulfilled their annual licence obligations.  I believe you have until the end of this month to participate in competitions and practice shoots.  I don't have complete records to indicate the number of members who have not yet complied so I'm unable to notify you if that is the case.    Please be aware of your obligations under the Firearms Act and LSD policies.  I know they can be onerous but it is an individuals responsibility and we have been given special consideration due to the damage sustained to the range as a result of the fires.

Fill in the date and event on the score sheets. They tend to get mixed up in the collection box with other attendance forms and I have to try to match them.

I have been entering the attendance details for the year into my database and encountered a number of forms with missing critical data. It is in your own interests to fill these forms out correctly. Your licence and guns are dependent on these details.

Please consider the following points when completing the forms:

1) Print clearly
2) Use your full name (as on your licence)
3) Provide the event number (as per LSD list below) and the class of your gun used
4) Provide the PRN and not the serial number of your gun
5) Provide the score sheet for matches.
